Head Chef Gerhard Pienaar has over 22 years of experience in the culinary world. His career has taken him across four countries, working in a variety of establishments including cafés, restaurants, pubs, and hotels.
Gerhard’s impressive journey includes cooking for renowned figures such as Andrew Lloyd Webber in London and preparing meals for South African sports teams. He has also made his mark in Australia, helping restauranteurs open successful venues.
Among his many achievements, Gerhard was named Best Upcoming Chef in the UK in 2003 and contributed to a seafood restaurant earning 3 AA Rosettes in 2005.
His talent even led him to cook for the Williams F1 Team, showcasing his ability to create exceptional dishes under pressure.
A passionate advocate for fresh, healthy ingredients, Gerhard believes that great food and happy customers go hand in hand. His dedication to the culinary arts and commitment to excellence shines through in every dish he carefully creates.
